Removing images from reloader

Normally the delete option is there, but I have this one image where I think the filename was too long so the DEL option is not visible.  How else can I remove an unwanted image from the reloader? Thanks

Anyone? Anyone?  Bueller?   I can add and remove other files to the reloader, but I still cannot delete this one particular file.  Is there any kind of documentation on this?  I've searched the forum but have not found a similar thread.

i see nobody has jumped on this, the images are stored in a directory, the path is also stored in the database. will find the specifics on this and get back with you.
