Replacing Contact page with php or html page ?

For some reason, I am not getting emails via my {contact.php} Form.  my MX records is setup properly and I also checked spam, not sure what else to check for.. But for the time been, I'd like to replace {contact.php} Form with text so I can ask my users to use my email address directly instead until the Form issue is fixed..

Could someone shares steps how to do this ?

Hi. Note that MX records are typically for inbound emails, not got outbound emails from contact forms.

Contact forms could use a number of techniques to send their emails out from direct PHP to local SMTP to Smart Host configurations.

How do you have your outbound emails setup from Dolphin?
