Report Profile Mod

Hi folks!

Today I got a spam message in my Boonex mailbox... no worries I clicked on SPAM - but this time I also clicked on the spammers profile to check it out... and clicked REPORT on the profile.

And I got a lot of choices that my site does not have... I got a list of reasons - SCAM, SPAM, Nude Photos, etc...

Well - the mod rocks and I'm wondering if someone can point me to the correct mod or extension for this.

Would LOVE it if this mod went into the admin so that it makes life a bit easier to deal with spammers and scammers on one's site.
