Report bugs to whom?

Who do we report bugs to? I keep finding stuff that needs to be fix but don't know where to go? I tried submitting a ticket but I'm not allowed to. Like this one. http://www.boonex.com/unity/forums/#topic/Desktop-app-email-error-2010-02-12.htm

Only premium (and certain other) membership allows the posting of reports to Trac. All other members must file a report here: http://www.boonex.com/unity/forums/forum/Dolphin-Bug-Reports-0.htm - also make sure a similar report has not already been filed, or has already been entered into Trac.

and of course there is not search function on that page....

Magnussoft isn't even a premium member.  For someone who kisses ass so much you'd think they'd at least acknowledge him.  But they don't, and he's too cheap to pay for his membership because he never does any actual work.  Only talks about it.

The search feature is located at the top of the forum's root directory page, and can also be found here: http://www.boonex.com/unity/forums/?action=goto&search=1 - it includes the option to select which forum to search, which will allow you to keep the results down.

Also, ignore mrinjazz, as he is trying to troll after failing to scam people via an Escrow service.

Is there a good place to look for things that have been fixed. Like a thread of stuff that has new change sets? Or do you just have to keep lurking around in the forums. Like I didn't know there was an issue with the RSS feed in the blogs. But there was and there was a fix for it. Thanks
