Resize Photos/Videos thubnail in index.php

Hello,

how to resize the thumbnail of videos/photos in the index page?

i want the thumnail size is similar with the members thumbnail in index page.

below is the photos setiings in administration. which one do i have to change to make the photo in index page to resize?
