Resize blocks

I wanted to know if I can and how I could change the individual size of a block like for example if I wanted the members block to be a different size than the photos block and so on. I know you can resize the columns and pages but dont know how to change the size of blocks. I did a search for it but could not find anything thank you in advance to anyone who can answer this.

Blocks are controlled by something called deisgnbox_xx.html.  Currently they are dynamic and expand with the content.  When you say larger what exactly do you mean?

But to change the style of a particular block you simply openup designbox_1.html and make the changes and customization to that block and save it with a new name such as designbox_6.html.  Then you need to open phpmyadmin and navigate to sys_page_compose, find the block you want to change and edit it with the number of the new design box number OR you can use a mod I made to make that much easier.
