Restricting Store Access

I have a not so quick question.

Let me lay it out here. I am using D7. The site is for a variety of levels of membership(4) and I would like to have products available for each level of membership.

Each in there own category, no problem there I can figure that part out. Can I password protect each area so they can only access it after paying for that level.

I also want to be able to have only admin be able to create products and remove the ability for members.

OK, that´s possible but with change of code.

It´s to complicated for a detailed tutorial.

Thanks. I was thinking that might be my only choice.

I'll have get someone to look a bit deeper than I can. For now changing around the menu seems to give me some ability to restrict it.
