Restricting unregistered members from viewing pics

I want to restrict unregistered users from viewing photos.

I want them to be able to see thumbnails but if they click on the image, I went them to be taken to the sign up page.

Can this be changed easily?

Admin Dashboard -> Settings -> Membership Levels -> Membership Actions

Builders -> Page: HomePage

 ensure the guest view is optional in the Gallery box but the Membership Action doesn't allow to view Gallery
