Your sites looks very good. But some blocks header image looks in more width and its not looking very good. Just correct it. And nobody like the ads on site's text. its just an advice

Why was I faced with a huge pop up for a casino site after a few seconds on your site (before i even got chance to look at the page properly)? And then asked to download a plugin???

If this is the case then this is bad practice. I will check again latter and see if it just me or if something went wrong.

i also got a banner. they are ads

hmmm, first i want to say that i hate ads but especially those popup ads ...

second, there are some graphic glitches and the site is loading very slowly here.

but all in all it is a nice customized site, you are on the right track!

I second the ADS but everyone has harped on that enough.  The main logo in the center runs over the Join fields on the front page.  I am using IE9 and haven;t tested another browser yet.  The site seems to load super slow.  You had a lot of good things in your website.  The template that you are currently using is terrible.  The gray makes it look like a website from the 80's. 

I wish you the best of luck with your website never-the-less.  I know A LOT of effort goes into these.

PS I dont see any TOS / Privacy Policy / Aboute Us / Help on the website either.Those are the small things a lot of people dont work on. =)
