is there a script i can use that will rewrite the urls my users send to each other to something like http://example.com/out.php?url="http://google.com" and if a url is on a black list, it wouldn't go there?
Thanks! If you need an example, just go to facebook and post a website as your status, click on it, and you will see it will take you to a facebook url then your website.
