Running Dolphin 7 and Getting Support

I'm curious to know who out there is running Dolphin 7 and if you're getting support?  I started a site about a year to 18 months ago and paid a lot of money for all the software, all the widgets and professional installation.  I had the supports attention nearly daily while we negotiated pricing and payment was finalized.

Once payment was received and installation was done, the support began to dwindle away.  My only hope for support was by e-mail and for the most part, e-mails wouldn't be answered for a week or more.  You can't run a site this way.

If I do this again and give BoonEx another shot, I need to know that the support is there.

Any thoughts...?

BigDawg,

you need to sign up and get yourself an agent. Mike Letcher would be my recommendation. Very good guy, and attentive to his customers.

And what will an agent do for me?

They're pretty much the equivalent of support these days. On your account page, there should be an option for you to select someone as your agent, which should provide support for you when needed.

Personally, I have not yet selected an agent, because I like to be different for no reason whatsoever.

I selected AntonLV and he has replied same day every time I have sent him a message. No complaints here.
