SQL help

I'm doing the migration of my members and it looks like the migration stops and skips members without zip codes.

What i want some help in is a mysql query that will look and replace an "0" or empty zip code entry with a default "00000".

I don´t understand a lot about it, but you can delete/hide zip or make as not mandatory in administration>builders>Fields Builders>
