I am installing the freeware version of Dolphin seeking a customisation, this is on my own dedicated server to which I have shell access...
Two errors came up; safe_mode on and a get_ oh can't remember now but I edited the php.ini file and restarted Apache on my Linux server, CentOs 5 with PHP 5.16 blah.
Despite the restart the Dolphin installer tells me safe_mode is still on when it is set to Off.
Any ideas?
