Checked the forums to see if there was a topic on Dolphin and Search by non-members.  What I found ( and have temporarily corrected ) was the ability for a non registered user who may be familiar with Dolphin's  PHP files to use them and get a return.   search.php alone returned the user base of those registered to any one not logged in at   http://www.myneighbors.net

It has been hacked and neutralized

search_home.php was neutralized after I hacked a fix for: searchKeyword.php   and  searchKeywordContent.php

This is not a "complaint" (g) (though I may send a package of C4) just a thought about making SEARCH exempt (and other items) if the site is private.

All the SEARCH items under Membership Levels for non registered users were turned off and searching was still possible.     I discovered when checking my logs (server) for activity and found  several hundred (actually over 3000 hits on searchKeyword.php from one IP who I traced back to a group in Kansas USA that lease servers.  They have been sent an email.

Just tested on Dolphin Demo here and the form pops up without being logged in

http://demo.boonex.com/searchKeyword.php

same with this:  http://demo.boonex.com/searchKeywordContent.php

And this - it returned the user base:  http://demo.boonex.com/search.php

Umar, what do you mean?  That the boonex demo is for user guidance only?   Arguendo, you are correct, but the site it occurred on, though not live to community traffic yet, (just locals helping to test)  was not and is not a demo site.

Thank you for your response
