Search problems in dolphin 7.0.7

There is some bugs in the search facility in dolphin 7.0.7 and I would like help resolving them, I have attached screen caps where nesasary to help you understand.

PROBLEMS WITH PEOPLE SEARCH

1. when adding new profile fileds in the builders then adding them into the search they all have Online Only and With Photos Only Check boxes (see screen1.png).
2. When selecting ADV  and QUICK tabs, half of the field names are blank (see screen2.png).

How can thease problems be resolved

Ok I fixed number 2 boonex had forgoten to fill out the captions for some filds in the search

However I still need a fix for number 1
