Security Attack? How

Just tried to set up a blog and add a bost and I get this: Possible security attack!!! All data has been collected and sent to the site owner for analysis.

what is that about/...how can I stop that notice appearing. there has been several other complaints about that too...and yet I have previously successfully set up a blog...anyone?
