Selling Dolphin site

I bought the domain OKPEEPS.com years ago and installed Dolphin, even installed the color changer and resizer add-ons.  I have no more need for it.  Instead of deleting it and letting the name die, I'd rather give it a good home.  I'm sure someone within the Dolphin community might want it.  Its a clean, functional site with no errors, never been used and driven only on Sundays.  Go ahead and kick the tires, test drive it but I'm sure you'll understand if I don't give you admin access (this is a live site).

I've never sold a site before but if you make me a decent offer I'll hand over the keys.

So basically you want to sell your domain name.

Yeah, it is just a stock dolphin install with 0 members... he is just selling a domain name, and not even a good one at that, haha.

Well thanks buck for your insightful comments, they were constructive and completely necessary.  BTW, that's what they said about Google.

OKPeeps.com was an idea while stationed in Okinawa.  The project was to create a social bridge between US and Japanese.  There were many iterations under this domain name over the years; classifieds, dating, social nets and finally this version with Dolphin.  My company (SmartCIO.com) has way too much on my plate to keep renewing the domain name for a project that I don't have time for.  Instead of letting it go by the wasteside, maybe somebody wants to run with it.

I'm selling the entire site, domain name, email accounts, files and hosting.  Its a fully functional site that can be remodeled, rethemed, whatever the owner wants to do.  Or take the domain name and run.  I'm not trying to retire from this so all offers are welcomed.

Domains:  $10.00

Dolphin without licenses:  $30 Installed

Color Changer:  $20.00

To get a site use Mastercard, to sell a site with nothing on it... Priceless

Thanks for the heads up Sammie.  The cynicism from the other "contributors" is impressive considering this is a place where people with like interests can share and talk openly.  I've found there are people who would like a fresh website without a fake community like so many that I see now.

I didn't know about the TOS, so thanks for sharing that with me.  I'm not sure if that actually pertains to this, though.  We're not allowed to download and sell the Dolphin software package.  But if I sell a site (domain name, hosting and files) where I've created my own site, I believe that's legit.  I'll look into it further.  Thanks again for pointing this out.  That's what this forum is all about.
