Sending Feeds to Facebook Acct from D7

I am running D7.0.6, my members are able to connect using Facebook Acct, but I was wondering if their content such as Videos, photos, Blogs etc.. can be automatically fed to their Facebook Wall since they are logged in to my site with their Facebook Acct, or is there anything they need to setup on their profile on D7 in order for their content to be displayed on their Facebook page as well.. I'd appreciate your input. Thanks.

 Thanks for this. But this module is not going to share every action made on your site. There is another module that should do something similar. But I cannot guarantee it is good because some bad reviews and reports. But I think it is the right thing to point you there:
