I noticed that the default Dolphin page gives user to choose between Single or Couple and each option loads a different registration page with different fields to fill in.
How can we do something similar and create 2 seperate registration forms on the second page depending on the first page input of "Single" or "Couple" (Single and Couple is just used as an example, we are thinking Male and Female will load different registration forms.)
