What is to best and easy server soft with own use, my friend ask that he want to do own dating site

You'll have to better explain what you're asking for. Are you looking for web hosting, or software for a dating site?

My friend want to do own web site like dating site and he want own server and he ask what is good and easy server software like wampp server or something else.

 if your friend must ask you what is good, then he most likely dont need to try to run dolphin on something he would not have any idea about configuring.

You cannot operate a  web site from home. Your friend can use his computer for development work, but for actual hosting, he'll need to purchase hosting from a provider.

I highly recommend your friend think things over before jumping aboard, though. It would appear to me that he doesn't really understand what he's getting into.

There are many companies. Even in the hosting link above, you can see more than 5 companies. I recommend you the company that I use. You can drop a PM for the url.

Also, using WAMP as production server is not a good idea. A web hosting company can provide you something better for you.
