hey there, would really need more information than a graphical instance. need to see a few things:

processes running

Server Status --> Apache Status

Mysql Processes

and if you can login to ssh and kick is a top

what you see there is 9.79 on one cpu, you have 3 others, i wouldnt worry about it much, and that is most likely mysql that is using the resources, because you have not tuned it.

It is quite high load. Doing a top will reveal what process are using your resources. Also, check your how much RAM you have and how much is used up.

Also, what does that page do? Is it database intense?

have you checked cronjobs? if you make that every second and not minute, it will run away with your CPU usage

 the image reflects that there are 2 requests being processed. so what we need to see is the processes that are running as well.

there is something else running on this server, since as you can see there is a report of 115% CPU

 there is a problem either with your config, or some other process is running crazy on your server.
