Setting Age for Membership

I set the minimum age for sign-up at 21- and the site still let someone who was 19 join?  Is there another place (beyond the Advanced settings) where I would need to change this?

Also, there are times when my membership number on my site does not match the membership number on my Dashboard?  Has anyone seen this and know why this is happening?

You need to set tis up into the datatabase, go to table profile and find there the min and max age.

Make sure you are actually saving the settings in Admin > Settings > Advanced Settings > Lowest age possible for site members at the bottom of the page = Save Changes .....

Clear your browser cache and double check after you've saved to see that the settings are as you want them  ..... 

Also, try different browsers  .....  No browser is consistent across the entire installation  .....

Also be sure to clear your browser caches  .....


Any members not approved in the dashboard will not show in the site.
