Setting photo as primary locks account

Hi Everyone,

In a clean install of 6.16 with no mods, when you upload a photo and set it as your (primary) profile photo, it locks out the account completely. I have photo uploading auto approved and it does. It only locks the account when you upload a photo and make it the primary. The account is completely locked out and disappears even from the members page. The account goes to inactive until admin approved.

Any ideas?

Admin Panel -- Settings -- Moderation Settings... Tick on 'Do not change profile status after photo uploading' and 'Do not change profile status after editing profile information'
