There are some severe issues with the suspend and reject profile functions. If you suspend or reject a profile, the search functions do not properly read this setting and under certain circumstances will display the profiles and allow you to view, comment, edit them.
When you suspend a user, others are not supposed to be able to find them. However, if you suspend a user and then click on People-> Match, all your suspended users will appear there. Furthermore, normal suspended profiles (www.yoursite.com/Someprofile) should show a "you cannot view profile". However, this is not the case if you click on the suspended profile in the People->Match result. Clicking on a suspended profile DISPLAYS THE PROFILE! Once displayed you can edit it, make friends, send greetings, chat , etc as if it was not suspended.
Finally, suspended profile users can log into their profile and do stuff with it, they are not locked out as they should be. This means if someone gets ahold of the suspneded profile via People->Match listing, they can interact with the suspended user.
This bug reproduces the same result whether the profile is suspended or rejected.
Interesting to note, if you reject a profile, save teh status, then suspend the profile. It will not reproduce the bug.
