Shame... Shame....

Why is boonex using free and open source resources like sourceforge to host their non-open source/commercial dolphin project and falsely listing the dolphin license as GPL? This is a violation of sourceforges EULA and immoral IMHO....

another example of boonex wanting to benefit from claiming to be open source without being open source.

Meaning if you feel that you would like to discuss your concerns, then you can email Andrew Boon about it.

I am pretty sure he is aware of my concerns.

Translation: I don't really care about all this nonsense.  I'm only doing this because of the attention.

It's obvious you're only here because you want to make noise about an issue you don't even want resolved.

It's not my job to resolve it nathan, nor do I have time to. Does the sourceforge page falsely claim that dolphin is GPL? Yes it does... It's really simple. Is this a violation of a free service? Yes it is... As for the attention issue , I will leave the personal attacks out because you really don't want to start running off the few paying customers that are left.

Curious , though ... Are you paid to troll these forums or is this your idea of fun?

And I choose to post it hear so anyone that wants to search about a license or open source issue with dolphin, or may have questions about it can at least get some information. I mean that is what this forum is for, and is also the privilege I paid for?
