Are you actually using the phrase "mysite" in your URL or are did you actually replace it with your site name
http://www.mysite.com/m/groups/view/Call-of-Duty-Black-Ops
This should be http://www.YOUACTUALSITEURL/m/groups/view/Call-of-Duty-Black-Ops

More than likely you have the groups permission disabled for non-members. You can test this theory by logging out of your site and putting in that same URL into your browser to see if you get an Access Denied error.
Most people have groups set to at least being a member to view/join a group. If you dont care who joins your site, change all the permissions to Public and see if it works then.
Nothing to see here |
i'm not a non-memberst i'm the admin of the site and I can view the group with out problem
when you share anything in the site that's wat I get in facebook

I understand that, however when you "share" that link in Facebook, Facebook will try to retrieve that page so that it can display the link, description, etc.. So just because you are logged in as an admin on your site when you share the link, Facebook is not "logging" as as anyone to try and retrieve the link you are sharing.
If this doesnt make sense to you, edit this group and set the "Allow to view" to Public. Then make sure that in your membership levels, give "Non-Member" access to view groups. Then try to share that link and you will see what I mean.

Well the group is for the Public
and Non-Member can view anything in the site I never change the settings for the membership for Non-Members or any other memebrship they still have the same settings by default
I login using diferent nick name and still the same crap

Well, Is there anyone who solve that problem about facebook sharing, Facebook can not show page title and thumb of the page I want to share. And also in twitter I have that problem. For some modules like files, when I share a page from files module facebook shows my home page title, adress and an image from my homepage. Non-members can see all of my content, I didn't change any code. Please help. |
My fb share has been playing up too. From home it will display the image of the photo in FB, but from work it will not.... this is a little strange. |
isn't there anyone who can help about that problem. I cant share any link of my site, when I copy and paste my url (for example a news url), facebook recognize it as home page and bring home page title and image :( |
When I post my website link on FB it doesn't load the thumbnail and I don't get any image. It shows only the link text and that's it.
Is that a settings issue or the way the URL is written or what?
Anyone knows and can help?

I tried various codes and I have an image uploaded named mysite.png. This is the code i have now on _header.php but it still doesn't generate the thumbnail. Anyone knows what's wrong with this?
