Some one would have replied to this if we had a answer for you.

The shoutbox was not designed to be placed there, so most likely no one knows how to do it.

BUMP your original posts instead of starting another one. This is the 3'rd time i have seen you post this.

 i see here and he say this:

By moving blocks it can't be done - because promo isn't dependable from page builder. Easisest way - u need to edit index.php page, this line:

$_page_cont[$_ni]['promo_code'] = getPromoCode();

and change getPromoCode(); to function which will draw shoutbox block.

so only we need to know how to change it to the shoutbox.

anyone could have helping here please?

Well it's not that simple.

The shoutbox is normally displayed doing a service call. BxDolService::call('shoutbox', 'get_shoutbox');

But it will not work doing it that way. If you try to replace that with the service call, the shoutbox will appear at the top of your page, and not in the promo area. So it cannot be change in that index page. It has to be done elsewhere.

In other words, the person that posted that suggestion, did not attempt to do it first.
