 Hi! My Shoutbox has worked perfectly until now. Now it just shows 'loading'. No changes to our site have been made. My users use video/audio, so I need RMS. I have an RMS server. Even still, it doesn't load even without RMS. Chat and Board work fine. I also tried doing a re-install on this module of original files (even though I hadn't changed anything...) Anyone have any ideas of what might have gone wrong? Thank! I posted this in Ray, but hoping for better luck here (: |
See chimerafun's post in the Shoutbox Problem topic and see if that solves it for you. Didn't your search of the forums for 'Shoutbox' before posting throw up the above topic, by the way? |
Yes Steve, I did search. My problem was different from the posts I found. That is why I added the 'new' at the end. I read the post you linked to. It has nothing to do with the issue we were experiencing. I also read other posts. They also were irrelevant. Didn't you read my post before putting the irrelevant link in? I thought the forums were supposed to be helpful, not rude. |

mommamat I don't believe stevehards was being rude, I do think he was tring to provide you with as much information as possible. In addition do you not think it would be handy to post here how the problem was resolved so that future users may solve the issues as well. Rather than just saying this issue has been resolved. Just my 2 cents. |
