Site Map Generators Not working??

I have tried several places to get a site map they run through over a 1,000 pages one won't past 500 pages but when the fnal product is returned it only returns 1 page.  Has anyone else gone through this issue?

You can also use this site http://www.freesitemapgenerator.com/ Problem is takes about a week becuase of the long line of people using the service...So if your lazy like me (not really lazy just havent installed the goggle one yet) you can use this site, so you dont have to wait to long just get in line every few days.
