Site Name: Perodic Report

I just got a email message from my new 6.1.5 install (I think) titled "Site Name (name of new dolphin site): Perodic Report

In the message it says "Already done today, bailing out".   What is this?  Is it something being sent out by the system - perhaps the chron?  or is the install already getting spammed?  I haven't seen anything like this in my other installs.

Nevermind - came at exactly 10pm so it must be from the chron.  My host set it up this time, not me - they must have done it.
