Site admin moderating users created group

I had a question and i could seem to find an answer.  I am noticing i as the site admin can remove images in a group that i have created but unable to delete images in a group created by another member.  Is there a way to be able to moderate a group created by users?

The issue I see with the site admin or moderators/staff not being able to remove images from a group is not neing able t o say remove a photo/video that violates the rules of the site, and many time you cannot depend on the member to remove the media in question.

I personally handle that situation by using a mod called "Dean's tools. It allows you to log in as any member of your site and allows you to see and do what they can do.

In your case, you could login as the moderator of the group in question and delete pictures the same as they can as the moderator.

I also have a photo policy on my site about public photos. Certain things I don't want displayed on the homepage. When a member ignores the rules, I log in as them and move them to a private folder. As Administrator could easily delete them, but would rather assist my member by helping them find the right folder.

Dean's tools has opened up a lot of doors for me.

Hope this helped,

Mel

For those of you who want to give Administrator the ability to login as other members of the site, you can check out the Login as Member module.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
