I went to sleep last night and Everything was working Fine.
This morning I logged into my Admin Area.... and nothing is populating, no modules, no "Builders", No "Tools" No NOTHING.... PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS FOR REFERENCE.
When my Members or Myself View the "HOME" Page on the Platform Side....The layout is completely changed and EVERYTHING on the Right hand Column has Moved to Below the Left Hand Column Leaving a LARGE GAP in the PAGE....
Cant Adjust Page size either because ADMIN AREA is not operational. Can anyone please help me!?!?
I literally touched NOTHING over night and woke up to a Site that is Completely out of whack... |
Try turning off the cache and then clear it.
The way it looks you may have to manually do the turn off and clearing of the cache manually.
Can you look at your server log and see if anything is there?

I don't know how to do any of that.
I have been Hiring "ExpertKris" to do updates and Trouble shooting but this seems like a Core System Issue especially since I didn't manipulate anything...
Shouldn't "Boonex" have a way of determining the issue, or providing someone to log in and take a look see.
From what I can tell this is probably fixed in under 5 minutes by someone with the know how.
At a complete loss here, I know how to sign into my Server but thats about it. |

I understand, and that is a bad position to be in.
Hopefully you will hear from him soon; most of your pages are normal in all templates.

Can you get to the pages builder? If so, look at the page widths. [edit] Nevermind, I see it in the pictures you attached.
That is what it looks like maybe, or where I would start after looking at your site.

Do you offer a Service to have a look at this, I am regretting buying this program due to the complete lack of support available from the Developing Company.

Does /administration/cache.php?mode=settings load normally? If not, you'll need to edit the cache settings in the database to disable cache. But first, try and empty the /cache, /cache_public, and /tmp directories (except for the .htaccess files). If that doesn't work, and you're not sure how to check the database, I can take a closer look for you. If so, I'll need admin and cPanel access to make any changes and look further. Mixture of cache and a bad block. Cache needed to be cleared to fix the admin panel, homepage layout issue was because of the Timeline block.
