Site limits?

I just noticed this. There is no page or place where you, as a member, can determine the limits of what you can do within the site. There is no place that tells you the size limit of uploaded videos, photos, or any other information pertaining to the proper use of the site.

This would be a pretty important page and it should be added somewhere. At the very least, a small notation in the upload screens of the size limits would be helpful.

Go to dashboard -> home.

It will be the following row on left, click on "View Allowed Action":

Ok, that's helpful but it still does not have the limits information. If a member is on my site and he wants to upload a video, where does it tell him the maximum size the site will allow to be uploaded? Same question for files and photos.
