Site name and description

Hello everyone

I typed in my site name and description during install, but  when I ran the install, my site name and description isn't showing on my homepage website. How can I place my site name and description on my homepage website? It's not showing on welcome page it's just showing the dolphin photo.

You could also go into languages and edit the welcome to the community.........
