Since moving to a dedicated server, my site doesn't display any changes someone has made until you manually refresh it, with the exception of the shoutbox.
For example, if you add a post to the forum it will not update the forum spy on either the forum home page nor the main home page until to hit F5. Same goes for new members, photos, etc.
Has anyone come across this?
Have cleared the cache all in admin but doesn't help.
