Site stats disappeared

I added a new theme and now my site stats are gone. The box is there but it is blank. Looking in the admin pages block at the module and it is set to be visible for both visitors and members and the Cache for seconds  is set to 3600. The cashe is turned on. Can someone tell me how I can correct this?

Thanks,

Dan

You are the second person to report missing site stats after a template install.

Is your template the same, or from the same vendor?

Have you cleared the dolphin cache manually yet, if not, do so. Even try turning off all dolphin caching.

Actually it is for the same site, I did not realize he had posted also. I have turned off the cache, cleared the cache, now the cache is back on. Where are the files for the site stats module?

There are no files. Site stats are built into dolphin. There is no seperate module. The stats are pulled from the database from the table sys_site_stats

You need to check and see if the stats are still appearing properly for the default UNI template. If they are, then i would suggest you contact the template developer. This could be a issue with the template if custom scripts are provided for the index page.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
