Site wont register

I cannot get my site to re-register. I have a license they gave us for ads free awhile back. It has worked with D6 but wont with D7. I did what a search said to and reset my license here in my account and then went through administration.php page on D7 and put in the code and clicked register. That was a few days ago. Nothing has changed and says I am not registered in my Unity account. Can someone help?

When you look in the admin panel under Settings>Advanced Settings>Variable, is your license key entered in the field named "Dolphin License Code"?

Do what i stated in this post. The license will not proper register unless it is done this way.

If that procedure does not work, then you have more problems then just your allow_url_include problem. This would required that allow_url_fopen be turned on.

Did you recently move your site to a new server?

You seem to be having all of the same problems that many have on a server that has not been set up for D7.

Could this be because you are using that license with D6?  If it is on a different domain it won't work unless you deactivate it.

Redacted - didn't read carefully enough that you said you had reset.

Actually, I have found that if you have a D6 in root and a D7 in a sub-directory of the D6 install, you can use the same license on both at the same time.  I think Boonex did this so we can set up the D7, do the migration and all of that without having to have 2 licenses or deal with other issues in the process.

If it's in the same url path then contact your Agent or Lyubov so they can help you reset it.  I know you know what your doing so this has to either be a problem on the Boonex end or....

I'm thinking there might be an issue if you have a license on a domain, cancel it and then try to place it back on the same domain.  Not sure, but that's all my brain can think of.

I don't have D6 anymore, just D7. And I did rest here and went and registered install but still ads. And still not registered here. I am sure is something simple..lol Oh yeah and am on same domain..lol Maybe I'm being punished and they took it away...lol

I'm curious, is the license actually going into the DB?  I realize that you have unregistered and re-registered the site and all of that.  But is your DB actually taking it or is it stuck in the cache as unregistered?  Try clearing the cache and then re-entering the license if it asks for it or see if the problem clears after the cache is cleared out.

I take it the license is not showing in your Unity account as being registered again.

I have cleaned my cache so many times..lol I have unregistered and re-registered..lol I have no clue where it would be located in the db. And yes it will not register in Unity either.
