Sites Thumbnails Not Working

Thumbnails for the sites module are not working on my site.

Here's what I've done so far

- Added API keys after creating account at ShrinktheWeb

- Added domain and domain IP to whitelist on ShrinktheWeb

I'm still not getting any thumbnails generated. They don't seem to be reaching the remote server since there are no requests being logged via my admin panel on ShrinktheWeb.

I'm not sure what to do at this point.

Can anyone confirm that site thumbnails are working with D 7.0.9 ?

Update:

I found out that it was pulling from a different IP than I thought it would so I added that and got the requests to show. Unfortunately, ShrinktheWeb is blocking them from being processed.

Am I able to even get thumbnails from this service without paying $5 a month?

You are better off removing that feature (ior at least, disconnecting from ShrinkTheWeb). Do a search here and red some of the posts about it.
