Social Networking Website Partnership needed

I have a lot of good ideas but then again who doesn't 

the problem that I'm facing is as the CEO/Founder of Zipka.com.llc 

I find myself spending most of my time adding new features and trying to learn

programming so i can bring  these good ideas to fruition..

alot of time is being spent trying to achive these goals and once one hole is plugged another starts to leak. 

recently another member posted a topic with the same title 

which gave me the idea to offer 10% of Zipka.com.LLC to a good... prgrammer /dolphin coder .who would basiclly be in-charge of General Coding of new ideas 

which would in turn free me up so i could foucse on actully running a company, build connections ,structuring a marketing and sale team 

Zipka.com is a social Community were members can login and start a Video chat,watch a movie, stay current with the latest news and gossip 

in the future we want to add a pandora still music player also we have the

"Yearbook page"   this concept has already been tested...and worked "The Idea"  We employed  a few high school student from 3 local

high schools as Zipka.com agents their main function was to take photos in and around their school. They took photos of staff,friends

football games sprite week etc... which we would then  use and create a current yearbook. We were able to gain access into a few schools in Dade 

county Florida last school year  but currently this idea is on the shelf untill we can add better feature and functions

The highest valuation of your website I was able to find, came in at $832.  You are basically offering a programmer $82 for unlimited coding services.  You might want to rethink your proposal.

but all things have a beginning and its not where you start but where you finish.

Plenty of website have started off being valued by some arbitrary evaluation, what i mean by arbitrary is i have seen our site valued from as low as 300 usd to as high as 15,000 usd.  there is in my opinion no standard system that can real put a value on a new website. 

The true value is in the people ,the vision and the drive

so the ideal partner shouldn't be so near sighted  as to use arbitrary figuars to evaluate this project
