Some Tiny MCE option not working

Hi guys,

have others this problem also found?
in admin  - builders - page builder I make a html block no problem, then I want to use a another font format or font type, tis is not working, the same for font color and font background color. 

This in verion 6.1.6 But I have seen this also into version 6.1.5

I have this issue also

seems to be a css issue because the box to change the options is popping up.. just it's under the html block therefor you can't change it.. perhaps add a z-index to the pop-up boxes and editor so the popups will come to the top? I don't know =(
