Some email variables are not working.

New Wall Event email does not add the hyperlink to HERE leading back to the site.

Subscriptions email doesn't include what they were subscribed to.  "subscribed to ____ !"  See below:

You were successfully subscribed to !

Please Help! We have a client sending out emails to their customers in 2 hours to join their network.

I would sure appreciate any ideas on how to get these variables to show.

for the first one i think its this <Domain> in between " "

regards the subscription mail there are a lot of different subscribe to emails you will just have to open each one from admin/settings/emailtemplates/ to track it down .

The email template has this as the variable:

<p>Click <a href="<ViewLink>">here</a> to view it.</p>  But it isn't filling the href with the variable contents.  Leaves it blank.

The subscribe template contains this:

<p>You were successfully subscribed to <a href="<ViewLink>"><Subscription></a>!</p>

But neither variables print.  It ends up with: successfully subscribed to !

I haven't found any other variables that don't work.  It is just these so far that don't work for me.

found the mail but it has no name associated with it so I think its for the news letter subscription  so just add the <Domain> and >news letter in front of <subscription> and <sitename>

Did you make some changes in that email templates?

Not many.  The only changes that were made was if the email had the word "friend" which was changed to "contact".  The New Wall Event and Subscription Message Templates were not changed at all.

The variables work in other emails so I don't know why they wouldn't work in these particular two.

I have the same problem. Has anyone fixed?
