I seem to be getting more and more members who can read messages, but cannot reply or send a message. They say when they hit the send button, nothing happens. I just got one member who said she can't send messages or post on the forum, is anyone else experiencing this? I've tried to recreate the problem, but works fine for me, using IE, Firefox, and Chrome. Could it be a privacy setting on their computer? Sorry to provide such limited info, but you know how it is trying to get it out of member's what's going on. One member says he has the problem on both firefox AND IE. I've had the clear temp files, nothing helps.

I dont think its the privacy sittings on her pc and it couldent be . i think the problem is in the site but as long as it is only one member i guess it is hard to troubelshoot... if i did help you .. it wont hurt to go to my profile and add a recommendation for me ;) |
Maybe you need to check the membership level
Go to >> Settings >>> Membership Levels >> and check if send greetings is check and send messages is check also Post Reply - if you going to help - No for - bla bla bla bla |
It's not membership settings, as 99% of the members have no problems, which leads me to believe it can't be a dolphin problem, or it would happen with everyone. Maybe javascript setting or something on their machine? |
