Someone tried to hack into my site

Hello All,

I need some expertise in finding out weather my site was successfully hacked. I received a lot of "database error" via email and going to assume the hacker failed at what ever they were trying to hack into. But to be sure, can someone have a look at what I received in my inbox and let me know if I need to look at something specific.

Side note, I remove parts of the path relating to the site for security reason.

Thanks

Other than the incompatability with the spell checker in the google toolbar, this is another example why i prefer the fck editor rather than the tinymce editor.

Pasteing from microsoft office makes a mess.
