And sometimes it does. It will look like the picture I have attached, but after refreshing a few times it goes back to normal. Then it will run fine for a few screens, and lose formatting again. This happens both in the main site and the Admin area. It's also happened through all three of my reinstalls fixing other problems. Any ideas? |
I don't see that you have attached an image? Maybe you forgot or maybe its my mobile device not showing it? |
Nevermind. I see from reading your other thread that Houston probably removed your screenshot. Looks like you have a lot of stuff to figure out in the other thread that might inadvertently fix other issues. |
Maybe I didn't attach it before. There's no personal information that I can see. Here it is.
This is a brand new install, the only modules installed are photos and forums. No other changes at all.
Also, for fun, I tried it on two different laptops and two different desktops. Including Windows 10, 8.1, 7 and XP. Several browsers. Firefox, Torch, Chrome, IE, Edge, Maxthon...

Turn off CSS caching in your admin and then clear the caches, /cache and /cache_public (LEAVE the .htaccess file in those directories) and clear the caches using the admin tool. Leave CSS caching turned off. Geeks, making the world a better place |
Amazing. This seemed to fix EVERY problem I've had so far. Upload button works, no more constant "Loading..." icon in some modules using certain browsers. Access denied errors gone.

Actually, scratch part of that, I am still getting some spinning loading icons within certain browsers... they never stop loading. Most other things seem fixed though. |
Ok, just refreshed in Chrome and Firefox, loading... loaded. Some propagation/caching necessary I guess? |
You have a lot of issues going on; some could be related to hosting. What hosting are you using? Geeks, making the world a better place |

Most things seem to be working, now it's mainly the Loading icons still going...

See my recommendation of turning off all Dolphin caches under your Loading Loading topic. Geeks, making the world a better place |
