Sorting New Block in Ascending Order

Hello Everyone & Happy New Year !

I am running D7.0.9, I created a new block which has RSS feeds, the new Block was created successfully, but the Block is not publishing the latest & most recent feeds. I know there is a way to change it in the code to make the Block publish the latest feed first, but not sure where to find it. I'd appreciate if some could help.

Is there a fix for this yet?

I thought this was dependent on the feed; and most do have the feed spitting out the latest posts at the top.

How would I go about reversing the order then? Mine shows the latest at the bottom.

Okay, so I think I found the problem. I have to link to the latest topic under the main topic because the main topic has a -0 in the url and won't work. I know I saw something about that in the forums here and now can't find it for the life of me...

BTW, I have a 7.1.3 site now.
