Sounds won't upload

I havent tried videos yet,  but when I try upload sounds on flash it goes from 1 - 100 instantly and a few minutes later says complete, but it doesn't actually upload?  The regular uploader just does the spinning circle and nothing else, it doesn't stop?

Any suggestions?

Have you installed RMS sucessfully?

RMS has nothing to do with uploading video or audio.  These actions run off ffmpeg.exe.   Please ask your host if ffmpeg is allowed to run on your server.
