Sounds work on iphone app but not actual site

I have dolphin 7.0.9 installed and setup, everything works as is intended excepts the sounds mod. It will play the sounds on my iPhone app yet if i log into the site on a computer it will not play it just says loading. I do have RMS running and configured. works with every other mod. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with no success. does any one else have this problem? or know of a way to fix this?

I have had this problem before.  Sadly however I can't be of much help, as I can't for the life of me remember what the solution was.  Something in my head keeps yelling out "Check your file permissions", yet that might not be it....

I do know this for certain, I found the solution by searching the boonex forums with different combinations of keywords such as "flash loading stuck", "flash module loading", and so on.

Another thing worth checking, is this effecting sounds only?  Does your Chat room work with the RMS without issue? (with Audio and Video?), What about videos?  (not the youtube embeds, but uploaded ones)...

Yes the chat works with sound and video, and my uploaded videos do play without any problems. only thing that seams to be affected is the sounds on the site, but they do play threw the mobile app. Ive been searching for a fix but with no viable results. All file permissions seem to be correct, or at least that's what dolphin is telling me.
