Source Code, ID, Store, Levels, Upgrades, Refs

I don't know what the store is for exactly.  Is the store where members can load their products and sell them?  OR is the store only for the admin to load in products for sale?

Can I delete the standard and promo level options?

If I check all the options for a member level, will that give them any admin rights?  Just want to make sure if I check them all, they are not having access to admin controls.

I have set a paid yearly membership option.  I did not set up IPN or anything like that.  I simply entered my paypal address.  I tried it by adding it to my cart, and clicking thru...it did take me to paypal login and appears to work correctly.  Is this ok a I hope it returns them back to the site and upgrades their level status after submitting payment?

It does not look like there is a way to add referral commissions.  In other words, the member that sponsors a member that upgrades, I would like to pay a commission.  Is there any settings in there that allow me to set up earnings and payouts?

Do I have source code rights in that I can hire a programmer to implemented anything I need done to the source code?

In the Profile Fields manager I see an option for 'ID' in viewing the 'members' and I see it as inactive.  I have moved that ID to active.  What is the ID exactly?  Does that simply show them their ID or their visitors their ID or what?

And finally, what is the member ref links exactly?  Do they have more than one ref link?  Does it display to them their ref link within their member area some where?  If it does not display their ref link in their member area, how can I make it display?
