Spam filter idea for join page, Help wanted!

I have an idea for a spam filter, that I would like to work the concept with someone that can do the programming. 

I've given this allot of thought and believe that the idea that I have for a spam filter to prevent unwanted registrations being created. If anyone is interested in creating an excellent spam filter for member join page and is willing to work on my concept, I would like to discuss this project.

I'm not a developer, however I do allot of research on development and configuration. My plan is fairly simple but some what complex. that would be an upgrade for boonex modules.

Here is the scoop, my skills with Dreamweaver at this time is null. Otherwise I would do this project myself. I'm taking part time online educational lessons when I can, but somethings are not found when it applies to a specific need.

I honestly believe that this is a module that will be highly regarded as an admins time saver and eliminate unwanted profiles and spam throughout headline, description, blogs, ads, forums. 

I voulanteer to help develop a brief for this project with full graphic representsation of both user and admin interfaces to aid any developer that wishes to take this project on....
