Spam mail

Hello i get reports from members of my site that the mail from dolphin is markt as spam mail

How do i changs this so that the mail is recieft normaly

You can't. Filtering is done on the receiving end. So they need to add your systems address to their white list. You can't control any of that from your side.

Plus most of the emails have this is a generated email do not reply in big red leters and i think alot of systems filter that out but i could be wrong.
